2025-2026 ADMISSIONS TIMELINE​

As a non-traditional education center we have different options to support your student's educational journey for the 2025-2026 school year. Our academic year runs from August 2025 - May 2026.
Our options and their tuition rates are listed below:
Kindergarten - 5th Grade

3-day program: $12,000 tuition + $500 materials fee

4-day program: $14,000 tuition + $500 materials fee

5-day program: $15,800 tuition + $500 materials fee
​
Our base program runs Tuesday-Thursday from 9:30-2:30 and is required for all students attending Oak House.
These three instructional days include morning academic instruction in small groups and afternoon Genius Hour (project based learning).

Optional Mondays/Fridays are 9:30-1:30
​
Optional Mondays:
Optional Mondays will be a day to include: math fluency games, book clubs, read-alouds, and other game-based academic activities. These sessions provide enrichment opportunities while maintaining a fun and engaging environment for our students.
​
Optional Fridays:
Optional Fridays will continue to be a day for student-led clubs and a longer recess to focus on social-emotional learning.

Teacher-to-Student Ratios
To maintain high-quality instruction and personalized learning experiences, the following teacher-to-student ratios will be in place:

Mondays and Fridays: 1 teacher to 10 students

Due to the increased academic expectations for High School students our base program is 4 days/week Monday-Thursday with an optional add on Friday that includes clubs and test prep for the ACT/SAT.

High School 11th & 12th

5-day program: $17,000 tuition + $600 materials fee (optional $1,000 college counseling fee)
Starting in 11th/12th grade students have the option to add on college counseling and become eligible to particpate in the dual enrollment options available to Georgia students.
